(RFS[2]: No standby redo logfiles of file size ) It's really not an error and safely can be ignored but still was wondering. After further research and reading i found that the message is really a noise message. It can be safely ignored. What it means is that we have created standby redologs, however we didn't create them the same exact size as the production online redo logs. After fixing that the issue was resolved.

Thanks,

Admin

Step By Step Data Guard Setup and Install

Please stay tuned for a detailed step by step guide on setting up and Installing Oracle Standby Using Data Guard Broker.

This will be extremely detailed along with images and init parameter files as well as scripts for broker.

Please remember to change any passwords inside files that you download as part of this tutorial.

Please leave feedback on it once it is uploaded.

Thanks,
Admin
