You need to do the following things:</P><P>As root run the following from the db $ORACLE_HOME/bin</P><P>localconfig reset</P><P>and you can also try this if it doesn't successfully run:</P><P>localconfig add</P><P>Finally, after running reset option, you need to run root.sh .</P><P>Hopefully this helps resolve your issue.
