RMAN-05001: auxiliary file name conflicts with a file used by the target database . RMAN-05501 Getting this when creating standby database 11g.

I'm getting the following ora error code when creating standby database from active 11g Database:

sql statement: alter database mount standby database

RMAN-05001: auxiliary file name /u06/oradata/PROD/system02.dbf conflicts with a file used by the target database
RMAN-05001: auxiliary file name /u06/oradata/PROD/system01.dbf conflicts with a file used by the target database

I couldn't figure out the problem.
