Welcome to FranklinFaces.com . We hope you enjoy this site and use it as a means of interacting with other individuals with similar issues and strategies for database administration. We hope it helps you face issues easier and quicker!! Our goal is to allow users to communicate with one another and help them by working together and sharing strategies and issues that are faced on a day to day basis by IT Administrators.
This site was created by Franklin who faced numerous issues while administrating Oracle Databases. While being a full time employee, he had access to metalink and such support services, however since then becoming a Consultant and jumping from one company to another, he couldn't create TARs in a timely fashion due to CSI's and getting approvals etc.. Google helped for the most part but information was scattered and couldn't find it quickly.
By starting this and organizing it in such a way, he hopes that it helps others in resolving issues that are not quickly searchable in metalink.
Additional forums have been added tohelp SQL Server administrators and other database and IT professionals.
