I just finished installing oracle and then copied by init file from the primary server and tried to startup my database and I keep getting the following ora error:

Errors in file /opt/oracle/10.2/admin/PROD/udump/PROD_ora_535.trc:
ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [keltnfy-ldmInit], [46], [1], [], [], [], [], []
USER: terminating instance due to error 600

I had no issues during installation and everything went fine.  The alert log doesn't show much other then the trace file.  The trace file is not useful either. 

Then I came across an issue.   The resolution is the OS/hostname is not configured properly via DNS.

When i typed hostname at the unix prompt, it gave me:

#hostname

nyc1dborc1

When i tried to ping this server i got the following:

#ping nyc1dborc1

ping: unknown host nyc1dborc1

Then i tried nslookup:

# nslookup nyc1dborc1

;; Got SERVFAIL reply from 10.20.235.11, trying next server

;; Got SERVFAIL reply from 10.20.235.12, trying next server

Server:         10.255.235.11

Address:        10.255.235.11#53

** server can't find nyc1dborc1: SERVFAIL

I had the unix SA fix it.  It was the resolve.conf file.  The dns servers were not setup properly.  Once he pointed it to the correct servers then the database started successfully.
