RMAN-06002: command not allowed when not connected to a recovery catalog
Kindly advice me what is the action i have to take for this above error,, when i try to create a backup script this error came,,
if it is related to create catalog,,kindly let me know how to create,,in this db i already using rman backup and recover without any catalog. so what is the need for a catalog,,(STANDALONE DB).

| What is the command you are typing and what version of the database and what version of the catalog are you running?
